Flores Organic Bajawa Ngura

Our current green coffee offering comes from the island of Flores in Indonesia. Flores Organic Bajawa Ngura coffee is shade grown, and after several roasts, we are convinced that this is one of the greatest coffees we've ever offered. One important thing to remember when it comes to coffee is that the flavor profile can change with the degree of roast. A lighter roast may reveal flavors that aren't as evident in a darker roast.

We've roasted several batches of Flores Bajawa in the Behmor 1600, and we've found that by stopping the roast at or just prior to the second crack gives us the best results. After a day or two of rest, this coffee has proven itself to be above and beyond the quality of other coffees we've purchased at three to four times the price.
