Medium-roasted oolong tea from Taiwan that is produced several times throughout the year and arrives seasonally. The honeyed flavor is both nutty and floral. The tightly rolled globe shaped leaves will yield multiple of infusions, each slightly different from the last.

Four Seasons Spring

Our latest oolong addition from Intelligentsia, described as a unique, popular oolong varietal from Nantou, Taiwan, lightly baked to accentuate the intrinsic flavors in the leaf, not the baking process. The fruity flavor is reminiscent of peach and apricot accentuated by wildflower blossoms. Steeping multiple times will yield many layers of complexity and nuance that a deeper roast can't offer.

Bao Zhong

Intelligentsia's flavor profile for Bao Zhong reveals a potent aroma reminiscent of lilac and lily. This tea is so floral that it might be mistaken for a scented tea. Hidden amongst the bright flowery characteristics are notes of honey, pear, and melon. The finish, while floral, yields to a fresh green tea flavor. Bao Zhong is a prize oolong that is lightly oxidized.
