What you need to know before you shop with us...

When it comes to internet commerce, we recognize that you could be shopping at any given time including nights, weekends and holidays. The internet doesn't sleep, and we strive to keep up with the demands of online shopping by staying connected wherever we go.

Imagine finding a product that you have a question about. It's 11pm Friday night, and you've just sent an email to the company that sells the product. Chances are pretty good that you won't receive a response until the next business day, in this case, the following Monday. Do you really want to wait two days to get answers to your questions? We wouldn't, and we don't expect you to either. That's one of many reasons why we are committed to responding to your emails and telephone calls as quickly as possible. We have put in place a set of steps to take to make sure that we are able to promptly respond to your questions. If you follow these steps, we are confident that you will be contacted within a reasonable amount of time.

We are able to respond to you faster if you send us an email. Please send your email inquiries to sales@moreforyourcup.com. If you feel that you haven't received a response within a reasonable time, then call our offices at 405-516-2100. If you are transferred to voicemail, leave us a message. We are notified immediately of any telephone calls placed to our office number.

In the very unlikely event that you still haven't received a response, there is one final option. Call our cell phone at 405-445-4655. If you end up in voicemail, please leave a message. We will get back with you quickly. Please....only use this option as a last resort. Chances are that you'll never have to call this number, but we want to make it available to you just in case.
